Your data is collected electronically via forms on our website, e-mail correspondence and cookies.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared, solely for the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with suppliers providing hosting, e-mail and web analytics services. Some of these services may use servers located abroad; in that case the transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions required by law (explicit consent or appropriate safeguards).
Transfers may be made to authorized public institutions within the scope of legal obligations.
Your Rights as a Data Subject (Art. 11)
- Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
- Request correction if incomplete/incorrect, and erasure/destruction where conditions are met.
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred and request notification of such actions.
- Object to a result against you arising from automated analysis.
- Request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
How to Apply
You may submit your requests in writing to our company address or to the e-mail address stated above, in line with the Communiqué on Application Procedures. Your application is concluded within 30 days at the latest.
